Abstract
The objectives of study is to know the problem of civics teacher to convert the assessment system on the scale of number into the scale of letter by using the curriculum of 2013 in SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya and SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja. It start from the instrument of assessment process, the implementation of the assessment, the processing of value, the analysis and the interpretation result of the data of the processing of value. The Informants of this study consist of three people by the PPKn (Pancasila and Civics Education) teachers. They are obtain by using purposive sampling technique. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach. The techniques of collecting the data are documentation, interview and observation. The validity test of the data use credibility test, transperability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The technique of analyzing the data is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the observation analysis, it is show that the percentage it is obtain that 48% are unfavorable category.
