Abstract
This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by Her Sphere in its 2022–2024 campaigns using Hafied Cangara's communication strategy framework, which includes selecting the communicator, identifying the target audience, crafting the message, and choosing the media. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Her Sphere representatives, observations of Instagram posts, and documentation of the conducted campaigns. The findings reveal that Her Sphere selects communicators who are credible, engaging, and influential in delivering messages of women's empowerment. The target audience is determined based on sociodemographic aspects and psychological profiles. Message formulation is carried out using emotional and motivational appeals. Instagram is chosen as the primary medium for campaign implementation. The study concludes that the communication strategy implemented by Her Sphere through Instagram contributes to increasing awareness and participation among young women in women's empowerment issues.
