Abstract

Pengembangan media Media pembelajaran magic box merupakan suatu perantara yang efektif digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi yang bersifat abstrak menjadi lebih konkret sehingga dapat dengan mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik usia sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu pemanfaatan media pembelajaran magic box penting bagi guru untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengembangkan Media Pembelajaran Magic box Pada Materi Siklus Air di SDN 15 OKU yang layak dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini ialah RnD (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 peserta didik kelas V SDN 15 OKU. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah produk media pembelajaran magic box pada materi siklus air di kelas V SDN 15 OKU yang telah dilakukan validasi oleh validator ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli praktisi dan memperoleh hasil rekapitulasi persentase yaitu 94% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”. Selanjutnya media pembelajaran magic box pada materi siklus air ini juga diuji coba kan langsung kepada peserta didik dan memperoleh penilaian melalui angket respon peserta didik dengan rekapitulasi hasil persentase 97,6% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Praktis”. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran magic box pada materi siklus air layak dan praktis digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran
