Abstract

penelitian ini menggunakan pisau analisa dari teori strategi customer relationship management buttle (2019) dengan dimensi strategy, analytical, dan operational yng telah dilakukan padar LRT sumsel untuk memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan nilai tambah secara jangka panjang dari setiap pelaksanaan program yang dijalankan. metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisa kualitatif deskriptif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi customer relationship management yang dilakukan oleh balai pengelola kereta api ringan sumatera selatanuntuk meningkatkan customer loyalty LRT sumsel. balai pengelolla kereta api ringan sumetara selatan melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan volume penumpang LRT sumsel pasca pandemi covid 19, ditambah adanya tantangan dari masyarakat yang belum menjadikan transportasi publik sebagai pilihan gaya hidup dalam mobilitas sehari-hari. hasil penerapan yang berhasil dari setiap dimensi, yaitu strategi dalm pemberian sistem pelayanan yang maksimal, dimensi operational dari otomatisasi pemasarannya, dan dimensi analytical pada one to one marketing.
