Abstract

Cash is a valuable means of exchange owned by an institution or company and is ready to be used for transaction needs for the institution or company. Cash as an asset or the value of liquid wealth (easily disbursed) can be used directly for the Company's operational purposes. Cash can be the money in hand or bank statement balances. In this modern era, cash flow is greatly influenced by digital transformation. The existence of this transformation has had an impact on changes in financial management patterns in various sectors, including in cash management of a company. In this digital era, the need for a more efficient and responsive cash management system has increased rapidly, especially in ensuring that the funds are managed appropriately in accordance with the priorities that have been set by the institution or company. This research focuses on the analysis of the development of digital applications for cash receipts at PT. ABC so that in its implementation of cash management at PT. ABC can be done on a computerized basis. This opens up new opportunities to monitor, manage, and allocate funds in real-time, facilitate access and management of financial information, facilitate monitoring of cash flows, transactions, and financial statements, and facilitate making the right decisions. This research uses PHP programming tools and database management HTML using the Laravel framework. Research variables related to management and the flow of the cash receipt process have been successfully collected so that a simple application for Cash Receipt at PT. ABC is successfully developed. From the test results, it was found that the Cash Receipt Application at PT. ABC is able to provide convenience in monitoring and managing cash flow at PT.ABC.
