Abstract

Effective risk management for work objectives is essential for the planning unit at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D S2JB to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact on the company’s targets. To support this process, a system that is both user-friendly and efficient is needed to facilitate risk management while prioritizing the user experience. This study focuses on implementing the Design Thinking approach to propose a user interface design for a risk management information system tailored to PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D S2JB. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method was conducted on the proposed design, yielding an average score of 82.5. These results indicate that the user-centered system design effectively meets user needs.
