Abstract

The research was conducted in Rejodadi village in Banyuasin III Subdistric of Banyuasin Regency Sumatera Selatan in juli 2012. The purposes of this research were: 1) Maesure the role of leadership 2) Measure the role of participation members 3) To analyze the relationship between community leaders role with member participation in activities of woman farmers group. The method which used was case study method and the sampling method of this research was used a sensus method to 20 member of woman farmer groups Merak. The primary data got from the result of direct interview with the women farmers sample which was helped by quesionaire. The scondary data got from institution which related to this research. The data prosessed with tabulation and analized descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the associate between community leaders role get a high score criterion 41,20 and partisipasion member of the women farmers get high criterian with score 41,55. Based on test with rs spearman count of 0,355 while the table rs 0,355 than compote rs tables (a=0,005) = 0,377.Then the resulting decision rule is to Rejodadi Village in recived Ho, That’s mean there was no have a relationship between community leaders role with participation of the women farmers group Merak at rejodadi village.
