Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konflik peran ganda terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada perawat wanita di kota Curup. Hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu ada peran konflik peran ganda terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada perawat wanita di kota Curup. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat wanita di RS Pemerintah, RS TNI, dan Klinik X yang telah berkeluarga dan memiliki anak usia 0-8 tahun. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 220 partisipan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 135 orang dan untuk uji coba sebanyak 60 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Komponen kesejahteraan subjektif diambil dari Diener, dkk (1999). Jenis-jenis konflik peran ganda diambil dari Netmeyer, Boles, Mcmurrian (1996). Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi untuk melihat peran konflik peran ganda terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif, menunjukkan R=0,656 R square=0,431 F=100,591 P=0,000 , (p<0,05), Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada peran yang signifikan dari konflik peran ganda terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT ON SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING IN FEMALE NURSES AT CURUP CITY Almira Tri Rahma Zela1, Dewi Anggraini2 ABSTRACT The study aims to determine work-family conflict on the subjective-well being of female nurses at Curup city. This study hypothesis that there is a role of work-family conflict on the subjective-well being of woman nurses at Curup City. The research population were female nurse at the government hospital, TNI hospital and X clinic who were already married and had children aged between 0-8 years. The total population were 220 participant. The research sample was 135 participant and for the try out was 60 participant. This study used purposive sampling technique. The components of subjective-well being had taken from Diener, et.al (1999). The types of work-family conflict had taken from Netmeyer, Boles, and Mcmurrian (1996). The research used simple regression analysis. The result of regression analysis to saw the role of work-family conflict on subjective-well being showed that R= 0,656, R square=0,431, F=100,591, P=0,000. (p>0,05). The results showed that there is significant role of work-family conflict on subjective well-being. So, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
