Abstract

Prostitution in Indonesia had been exist since long time ago which was getting me acpdndable nowadoys. Penal provision in Indonesia had been mention about prostitution but there was no regulation regarding penal threat for prostitute. This problem made regional regulatian created the regulation by it's own to eradicate prostitution specifically with contain penal provision for prostitute, one of the region was Polenbang, with appearing regional regulation Palembang city number 2 year 2004 aboat proslitution eradication- There is a regulation and should had been previewed regarding the implementation. This problem would be explained by the writer in this thesis. This thesis would havb explained obout how was the implementation from regional regulation in Palembang city number 2 year 2004 about prostrtufiott Eradication toward prostitutes in Palembang city and what was the obstacles in the application it self, The writer using juridical empiric method research to get primary futa and with secondary data through literature study.
