Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of suspended sedimentation potential in swampy wetland paddy fields in reforestation districts. This research was carried out from January to February 2017 carried out in the fields of swamp lebak, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. Analysis of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) is carried out at the Environmental Agency Laboratory of South Sumatra Province. Experiments were carried out in swampy swamp rice fields in the Pemulutan sub-district with the first distinguishing factor, namely during tides and lows and the second distinguishing factor was the distance divided into three. The results showed that the average TSS value at low tide conditions was greater than the conditions at high tide. The highest average value during tide and low tide conditions is in zone I when compared to other zones.
