Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah BRI A. Rivai Palembang. (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah BRI A. Rivai Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah BRI A. Rivai Palembang kemudian hasilnya diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah BRI A. Rivai Palembang. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
