Abstract

PT. Multindo Auto Finance is a nation scale consumer finance company engaged in automotive financing. When carrying out the financing process for credit applications, customer have problems with the lack on information regarding the existence of PT. Multindo Auto Finance Palembang as an automotive financing company, customers must come directly to the company to get credit lending information clearly, besides, if the file verification process is incomplete, then the customers must first complete the terms of the file requirements determined by PT. Multindo Auto Finance Palembang so that it wastes a lot of time and money, for that, in solving this problem a system is built by implementing the Framework of Fynamic CRM in the credit application financing process that makes it easier fot customers to find the information needed to make the loan application process fast, easy and does not require a long time for customers to do the loan lending process.
