Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Fintech Lending, Exchange Rate, and Corruption Perception Index on Economic Growth in five emerging market countries during the period 2013-2022 using panel data analysis techniques. The data used in this study are quantitative, sourced from secondary data provided by the World Bank, Statista and the Financial Services Authority. The findings show that Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Fintech Lending have a significant effect and positive relationship on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, Exchange Rate and Corruption Perception Index have a significant effect and negative relationship on Economic Growth. These findings emphasize that economic growth in the five emerging market countries is not only determined by the size of investment flows and financial technology but also depends heavily on macro stability and the quality of governance. Countries with the ability to manage external and internal factors in a balanced manner will be better able to maintain an inclusive and sustainable growth rate.
