Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan lulusan SMA untuk bekerja penuh waktu di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Data yang digunakan berasal dari Sakernas Agustus 2024 dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner. Variabel independen yang dianalisis meliputi jenis kelamin, upah, umur, status perkawinan, klasifikasi tempat tinggal, dan keikutsertaan pelatihan prakerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jenis kelamin, upah, dan klasifikasi tempat tinggal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap probabilitas bekerja penuh waktu. Sebaliknya, umur dan status perkawinan berpengaruh negatif. Sementara itu, keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan prakerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan bekerja penuh waktu. Temuan ini mencerminkan bahwa kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan geografis memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan partisipasi kerja penuh waktu lulusan SMA.
