Abstract

This study analyzes the adoption of P2P lending fintech from technological, financial, and behavioral perspectives using the UTAUT framework, with Digital Financial Literacy (DFL) as a moderating variable. Financial aspects such as price value, risk, return, and cost are also examined. The research employs a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), involving 400 active P2P lending investors in Indonesia. The results indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, price value, and risk have a significant effect on behavioral intention, while return and cost do not. Behavioral intention significantly influences use behavior, but this relationship is negatively moderated by digital financial literacy. This study extends the UTAUT framework by integrating financial aspects and recommends improving financial literacy and transparency to promote financial inclusion and the sustainability of fintech services.
