Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the effects to various doses local microorganism of banana corm and knowing the appropriate dose growth aloe crop. This research was conducted from january to april 2016 at greenhouse of Agronomy Department, Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The method of this research Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consisted of nine treatments that repeated three times so that obtained 27 experiment units. Every experimental units consisted of three plants, so there are 81 experiment units. Treatments consist of : P0 (control), P1 = 30 ml, P2 = 60 ml, P3 = 90 ml, P4 = 120 ml, P5 = 150 ml, P6 = 180 ml, P7 = 210 ml dan P8 = 240 ml local microorganism of banana corm. The materials used in the manufacture of local microorganisms banana weevil is 10 liters of water washing rice, 1 Kg and 5 Kg brown sugar banana weevil is still fresh. These results indicate that treatment of local microorganisms banana corm positive effect on the growth of the aloe crop. The results of data analysis show the parameters of the length midrib, midrib thick accretion and weight aloe crop significantly affect MOL banana corm treatment. The highest rates and the best treatment to improve the growth of the aloe crop is in treatment (P6) at a dose of 180 ml MOL banana corm. Obstacles encountered in this study is the high rainfall, thus triggering the onset of harmful bacteria that cause some crop plants experienced foul midrib.
