Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan etil asetat dengan kapasitas produksi 96.000 ton/tahun direncanakan pembangunannya pada tahun 2033 yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa timur seluas 9 Ha. Operasi pabrik berjalan selama 24 jam/hari dalam 300 hari/tahun. Komoditi etil asetat yang diproduksi mengacu pada WO Patent No.2022/066136 A1 yang menggunakan proses dehidrogenasi dan esterifikasi oksidatif dengan etanol sebagai bahan baku produksi. Proses reaksi berlangsung di reaktor Single Fixed bed Reactor dengan kondisi operasi yaitu pada temperatur 235℃ dengan tekanan 8 atm yang di dalamnya terdapat katalis CuO-ZnO-Al2O3. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan dalam menjalankan perusahaan yaitu Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi yang mengacu pada struktur organisasi garis dan staff. Perusahaan dipimpin oleh direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 152 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi pabrik etil asetat menunjukkan bahwa pabrik layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan ekonomi sebagai berikut: a) Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 133.611.969,37 b) Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 742.772.987,71 c) Total Penjualan per Tahun = US $ 953.705.656,45 d) Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US $ 120.628.878,29 e) Pay Out Time = 2 tahun f) Rate of Return on Investment = 96% g) Discounted Cash Flow - ROR = 85% h) Break Even Point = 32,98% i) Service Life = 11 tahun
