Abstract
Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA) is a system that requests from activities that provide a guarantee that the materials constructed are determined by certification documents and contract plans. MQA completes the inspection of manufacturing facilities, verification, audits and evaluation of raw materials to assess the quality of the material received. Quality Assurance (QA) using the standard used can be used in all work activities and produce products that comply with these standards. Therefore in this study, QA was created by making a suitable analogy of the work activities that were used in manufacturing activities and then applying it in the teaching and learning process by collecting data in the Sriwijaya University Mechanical Engineering Department which was displayed in the form of web-based Academic Quality Assurance (WAQA). The steps taken in this study were carried out by collecting data sourced from the administrative staff of the Faculty of Engineering, Sriwijaya University and administrative staff at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Sriwijaya University who began managing the image to become data that was ready to be used in the form of excel. In this study, the software used is Joomla CMS and MySQL as a data storage engine, so to be able to display data formats, Excel must be converted into SQL format and take other settings determined by the software used. To display the data on the site, some extensions are needed, namely Fabrik so that data can be added or "RSPagebuilder!" To make the website look dynamic and good. and stored using MySQL then opened in the form in WAQA with the help of Joomla CMS software. The results of WAQA consist of dynamic web sites with the ability to add, install, store, upload, download and store data about the teaching and learning process in the Sriwijaya University Mechanical Engineering Department, Indralaya campus..
