Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Pakjo Palembang. Populasi dalam peneltian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Puskesmas Pakjo Palembang yang berjumlah (n=37), termasuk dokter, bidan, perawat, clan staf administrasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi clan data primer yang didapatkan dari kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa data absensi pegawai Puskesmas Pakjo Palembang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi tinier sederhana. Data diproses melalui program Statistical Product and Se,vice Solution (SPSS) . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Pakjo Palembang.
