Abstract
The Objectives of this research are to (1) describe the marketing channels and marketing functions of organic rice in the Sumber Suko village Belitang Sub-Regency District of OKU Timur, (2) analyze the market structure of organic rice in the Sumber Suko village Belitang Sub-Regency District of OKU Timur, (3) analyze the marketing efficiency level on each marketing channels in Sumber Suko Village Belitang Sub-Regency District of OKU Timur. This research was conducted in Sumber Suko Village of Belitang Sub-Rgency of OKU Timur during September 2015. The method of this research was survey method. The data collection method is census method by 32 farmers for farm organic rice. Sampling traders in marketing analysis by following the flow of the chain trading system based on information obtained from the respondents (Snowball Sampling). The result of this research that there are two channels of marketing organic rice in Sumber Suko Village Belitang Sub-Regency District of OKU Timur. The first marketing channels that consist of farmers and Gapoktan, the second marketing channels that consist of farmers and retail trader. Types of markets in which the structure of the first marketing channels is a monopoli and other is a Monopsony. Then in the second marketing channel, the market structure is Oligopsony and other is oligopoly. The Marketing efficiency for all marketing agencies involved in the rice marketing from the Sumber Suko village for all marketing channels already includes efficient criteria, but the most efficient is Gapoktan in first marketing channel by (4.11%), then the retail trader in second marketing channel by (6.84%). So all of the marketing agencies in every marketing channels of organic rice in Sumber Suko, are efficient with ratios between 00% - 33%. However, the most efficient is the level gapoktan on first marketing channels, that is 4.11%.
