Abstract

Thesis Title : "The Analaysis of International Cooperation The Republic of Indonesia and UNICEF in school Based Management Programs in 2011-2015" discussed the collaboration beetween UNICEF and Indonesia Government in the field of education through management programs school-based to improve the quality of human resorces. The main issues discussed are: 1. Role and steps of UNICEF in implementing SBM. 2 What are the results and achievement of SBM in improving education quality in the period 2011-2015. 3. What are the benefits of implementing the SBM program. The research method used is the normative method. Using a comparative approach and field data as a complement. Using deductive deduction technique. The results of this thesis are that school based-management has not yet achieved the planned target, because this thing is is only understoodby the head council of the institution and has not been carried out to the lowest level in an educational institution. And the role of UNICEF in supporting the implementation is only concerning the technical issues related, the SBM programs also must be adjusted to the National Education Standards complied by the ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
