Abstract

This study aims to design a Service Information System that will be applied in TWA Puntikayu and to find out the results of the evaluation and the results of the implementation of the Service Information System that has been made. The method used in developing the system is the waterfall until the fourth stage, namely testing. This study also uses the servquel model (Service Quality) questionnaire which serves to determine the extent of the quality of services provided by Puntikayu Nature Park. Information System Application Results visitor satisfaction at the puntikayu nature park can help and support the company in improving or maximizing service quality and good relations with visitors to increase visitor loyalty, giving visitors convenience in grading.
