Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji atau menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, dan Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Puskesmas Makrayu Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sensus atau sampling jenuh sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi Puskesmas Makrayu Palembang yang berjumlah 66 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis, disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan dan Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan
