Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan isobutanol dengan kapasitas produksi 35.000 ton/tahun direncanakan pembangunannya pada tahun 2029 yang berlokasi di Tanjung Laga, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan seluas 4,2 Ha. Operasi pabrik berjalan selama 24 jam/hari dalam 300 hari/tahun. Komoditi isobutanol yang diproduksi mengacu pada US Patent No. 2023/0265030 A1. Reaktor yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk adalah Multitubed Fixed Bed Reaktor. Pabrik pembuatan isobutanol ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan system organisasi Line and Staff, jumlah karyawan yang bekerja yaitu 110 orang yang dipimpin oleh satu direktur utama. Berdasarkan Analisa ekonomi yang telah dilakukan, pabrik isobutanol ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut : • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 20,351,999.07 • Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 14,216,382.19 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 49,002,618.24 • Hasil penjualan per tahun = US$ 68,151,300.00 • Break Even Point (BEP) = 22,73% • Rate of Return (ROR) = 61,16% • Pay Out Time (POT) = 1,986 Tahun • Service Life = 11 Tahun Kata Kunci: Isobutanol, Multitubed Fixed Bed Reaktor, Oxo Sintesis
