Abstract

Perubahan iklim menimbulkan tekanan baru terhadap stabilitas keuangan, terutama di negara Emerging Market. Kondisi ini menuntut penyesuaian kebijakan ekonomi dan keuangan yang mampu merespons risiko iklim tanpa mengganggu ketahanan sistem perbankan. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kebijakan moneter, Carbon Footprint of Bank Loans (CFBL), dan stabilitas keuangan berbasis Z-score perbankan di sembilan negara Emerging Market menggunakan metode Panel Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga kebijakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stabilitas keuangan dalam jangka panjang, sementara M2 tidak berpengaruh signifikan. CFBL berdampak positif dalam jangka pendek namun berkontribusi negatif dalam jangka panjang akibat ketergantungan pembiayaan pada sektor beremisi tinggi yang meningkatkan risiko sistemik. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan suku bunga yang terukur serta integrasi risiko karbon dalam pengawasan makroprudensial untuk mendukung stabilitas keuangan yang berkelanjutan.
