Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Etil Tersier Butil Eter dengan kapasitas 110.000 ton/tahun direncanakan pembangunannya pada tahun 2032 yang berlokasi di kabupaten Cilegon, Banten seluas 12 Ha. Operasi Pabrik berjalan selama 24 jam/hari dalam 300 hari/tahun. Komoditi ETBE yang diproduksi mengacu pada Patent US 2024/0101501 A1 yang menggunakan proses eterifikasi dengan mix c4 hidrokarbon dan etanol seabagai bahan baku produksi. Proses reaksi berlangsung di Single Fixed Bed Reactor dengan kondisi operasi yaitu pada temperatur 50oC dengan tekanan 16,8 atm yang didalamnya terdapat katalis Amberlyst 15.Bentuk Perusahaan yang akan digunakan dalam menjalankan Perusahaan yaitu Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi yang mengacu pada struktur organisasi garis dan staff. Perusahaan dipimpin oleh Direktur dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 123 orang. Hasil Analisa ekonomi pabrik ETBE menunjukkan bahwa pabrik layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan ekonomi sebagai berikut: a) Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 221.810.152,13 b) Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 19.804.221.682,33 c) Total Penjualan Pertahun = US $ 23.712.825.870,84 d) Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US $ 108.873.806,47 e) Pay Out Time (POT) = 2 tahun f) Rate of Return on Investment = 49% g) Discounted Cash Flow - ROR = 45% h) Break Even Point (BEP) = 34% i) Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Etil Tersier Butil Eter (ETBE), Fixed Bed Reactor, Eterifikasi
