Abstract
Pabrik Tetrahydrofuran dengan kapasitas pabrik sebesar 60.000 ton per tahun direncanakan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2030 dan akan berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Marunda Center Blok N, Sagara Makmur, Kecamatan Tarumajaya, Kabupaten Bekasi. Proses produksi Tetrahydrofuran di pabrik ini menggunakan reaksi dehidrasi 1,4-Butanediol sebagai bahan baku dengan bantuan katalis asam berupa resin penukar ion Amberlyst-15 dalam sebuah Fixed Bed Reactor, yang beroperasi pada suhu 110°C dan tekanan 6 atm, mengacu pada paten CN 220835483 U. Pabrik ini berbentuk badan usaha Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dan menerapkan struktur organisasi line and staff, dipimpin oleh seorang direktur serta didukung oleh 190 karyawan. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan ekonomi, pendirian pabrik ini dinilai layak untuk direalisasikan: Total Capital Investment : US$ 66.512.284,778 Net Profit Over Total life Time : US$ 479.697.348,840 Total Capital Sink (TCS) : US$ 467.833.425,660 Pay Out Time (POT) : 1,3 tahun Rate of Return on Invesment (ROR) : 64,68% Discounted Cash Flow : 71,77% Break Even Point (BEP) : 33,36% Kata Kunci : Tetrahydrofuran, Fix Bed Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
