Abstract
Magic Chess: Go Go merupakan Game yang popular di kalangan pemain Indonesia. Game ini telah mendapatkan popularitas dengan lebih dari 10 juta unduhan di Google Play Store dan rating 4,2 bintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna Magic Chess: Go Go di Google Play Store dengan menggunakan algortima Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Analisis dilakukan terhadap 5000 ulasan berbahasa Indonesia untuk mengetahui sentimen positif dan negatif yang terkandung dalam ulasan tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Support Vector Machine (SVM) memiliki akurasi yang lebih tinggi (83,9%) dibandingkan dengan Naïve Bayes (82,9%). SVM lebih efektif dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen positif dan negatif secara seimbang, sementara Naïve Bayes lebih unggul dalam mendeteksi sentimen negatif.
