Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pengguna aplikasi Access By KAI di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Sebanyak 112 responden terlibat dalam pengisian kuesioner yang mencakup 6 aspek penilaian pengalaman pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aspek memperoleh nilai positif. Aspek attractiveness dan dependability berada dalam kategori excellent, sedangkan perspicuity, efficiency, dan stimulation termasuk kategori good. Aspek novelty juga memperoleh nilai positif meskipun menjadi aspek dengan skor terendah, sehingga masih memiliki ruang untuk dilakukannya peningkatan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan aplikasi Access By KAI memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan layak dikembangkan lebih lanjut, khususnya dalam hal inovasi.
