Abstract

Daun Simpur (Dillenia suffruticosa) dikenal memiliki berbagai manfaat, termasuk dalam bidang medis dan obat-obatan. Simpur dikenal memiliki kemampuan herbal kesehatan diantaranya untuk mengobati diare, mengontrol gula darah, mengobati sariawan. Daun simpur memiliki aktivitas antifungi karena adanya kandungan metabolit sekunder bioaktif seperti flavonoid, fenol, dan terpenoid. Sebanyak 11 isolat jamur endofit ditemukan pada daun simpur untuk mengetahui potensi ekstrak yang terkandung dalam daun simpur. Daun simpur didapatkan untuk mengetahui potensi ekstrak yang terkandung dalam fungi endofit simpur. Ekstrak fungi endofit daun simpur dilakukan uji antifungi terhadap Candida albicans ATCC 14053. Diperoleh tiga isolat terbaik dalam menghambat antifungi yaitu isolat PDA DT 3, SDA DT 2, dan SDA DT 3. I solat PDA DT 3 teridentifikasi sebagai Periconia, isolat SDA DT 2 teridentifikasi sebagai Curvularia, dan isolat SDA DT 3 teridentifikasi sebagai Chaetomium.
