Abstract

Comparative analysis about ratio of PAD (Regional Original Income) to total regional income called the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization (DDF), economic growth and the ratio of regional spending activities obtained from the comparison of operational spending with total regional spending. This research method is panel data regression estimation with the best model results, namely REM (Random Effect Model) in 2016-2023. The results of the study show that the variable degree of fiscal decentralization has an insignificant effect on poverty and the variable economic growth has a significant and positive effect on poverty in Aceh and Bengkulu Provinces. The variable ratio of regional spending activities does not have a significant effect in Bengkulu Province on poverty, on the contrary its effect is significantly negative in Aceh Province.
