Abstract

Pabrik Vinil Klorida Monomer dari Thermal Cracking Ethylene Dichloride dengan kapasitas produksi 52.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2029 di Jalan Warnasari, Kecamatan Citangkil, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten dengan luas 4,6 ha. Vinil Klorida Monomer disintesis dari bahan baku etilen diklorida tanpa katalis dalam plug flow reactor berdasarkan Patent WO2023222954A1. Reaksi berlangsung pada temperatur 477oC dan tekanan 23,29 atm. Perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas dengan struktur organisasi line dan staff, dimana pelaksana harian dipimpin oleh direktur utama dengan karyawan pabrik sebanyak 124 orang. Pabrik layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: ❖ Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 179.076.919,91 ❖ Total Penjualan = US$ 134.428.503,28 ❖ Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 51.080.639,15 ❖ Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 72.288.557,61 ❖ Pay Out Time = 2,432 tahun ❖ Rate of Return On Investment (ROR) = 31,80% ❖ Discounted Cash Flow – ROR = 39,32% ❖ Break Even Point (BEP) = 24,12% ❖ Service Life = 11 tahun
