Abstract

Pabrik Propilen Oksida direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Pagedangan Ilir, Kec. Kronjo, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 4 Ha dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 40.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan propilen oksida dilakukan dengan proses Hydrogen Peroxide to Propylene Oxide, dimana propilena direaksikan dengan hidrogen peroksida menggunakan pelarut metanol di dalam Fixed Bed Reactor pada temperatur 60ºC dan tekanan 12 atm dengan katalis Titanium Silicate berdasarkan Patent CN109219598B. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 262 orang. Pabrik pembuatan Propilen Oksida dinyatakan layak untuk didirikan dengan memenuhi parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: a. Biaya Investasi = $ 844.772.963,455 b. Total Penjualan = $ 1.055.471.631,999 c. Total Biaya Produksi (TPC) = $ 561.166.043,973 d. Arus Kas Tahunan (Annual Cash Flow) = $ 339.449.910,491 e. Pay Out Time (POT) = 2,3194 tahun f. Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 32,1824% g. Discounted Cash Flow ROR (DCF-ROR) = 39,1188% h. Break Even Point (BEP) = 30,7154% i. Masa Operasional (Service Life) = 11 tahun
