Abstract
Pabrik Pembuatan stirena berkapasitas 238.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2031 di Jalan Serdang-Bojonegara-Merak, Kota Cilegon, Banten. Luas area pabrik diperkirakan sebesar 3 Ha. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah etilbenzena yang akan direaksikan melalui proses dehidrogenasi. Proses pembuatan stirena ini mengacu pada Paten No. 2023/US11661386B2. Proses pembuatan stirena menggunakan jenis reaktor Multitubular Fixed Bed yang disusun paralel dan seri dengan katalis Besi (III) Oksida pada temperatur 615,6oC dan tekanan 0,54-0,65 atm. Bentuk perusahaan dari pabrik stirena ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT), dengan sistem organisasi line and staff. Perusahaan ini akan dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur, dengan membawahi total karyawan sebanyak 213 orang. Pabrik Stirena ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi berbagai parameter kelayakan ekonomi, sebagai berikut: •Total Capital Investement (TCI) = US $ 138.099.057,40 •Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 593.766.939,53 •Selling Price per Year = US $ 734.743.476,99 •Annual Cash Flow = US $ 109.353.799,89 •Pay Out Time (POT) = 1,3 tahun •Rate of Return on Investment = 71,46% •Discounted Cash Flow = 79,06% •Break Even Point (BEP) = 37,44% •Service Life = 11 tahun
