Abstract

Pabrik green ammonia berkapasitas 45.000 ton/tahun direncanakan beroperasi pada tahun 2029 di Desa Kembangkuning, Jatiluhur, Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. Memanfaatkan green process, dimana bahan baku hidrogen diproduksi melalui Alkaline Water Electrolysis (AWE) dari air, kemudian direaksikan dengan nitrogen dalam reaktor Haber-Bosch pada suhu 300°C dan tekanan 50 atm menggunakan katalis Fe₂O₃, menghasilkan amonia dengan kemurnian 98,61%. Produk samping berupa oksigen yang didapat dari proses elektrolisis. Pabrik berdiri di lahan seluas 3,8 ha, dengan tata letak yang efisien dan memperhatikan keselamatan, lingkungan, serta potensi perluasan. Bahan baku diperoleh dari PDAM Purwakarta (air) dan PT Air Liquide Indonesia (nitrogen), sedangkan oksigen sebagai produk samping akan dijual. Utilitas utama meliputi air, listrik dari PLTA Jatiluhur dan refrigeran. Pabrik berbentuk PT dengan struktur organisasi Line and Staff, dan mempekerjakan 120 tenaga kerja. Pabrik pembuatan Green Ammonia ini dinyatakan layak untuk didirikan dengan memenuhi parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 83.060.443,61 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 34.810.754,30 Total Penjualan Pertahun = US$ 56.173.286,33 Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 23.416.988,48 Rate of Return on Investment = 20,06% Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 25,97% Break Event Point (BEP) = 37,59% Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,48 tahun Service Life = 11 tahun
