Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan stirena dengan kapasitas produksi 32.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2032 berlokasi di Kawasan Industri di Jalan Raya Salira, Kecamatan Puloampel, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten, Jawa Barat dengan luas area 2 ha. Proses pembuatan stirena ini mengacu pada Patent CN Patent 2024/ 118290225A, dimana metode proses yang digunakan adalah dehidrasi 1-phenetyl alcohol. Reaksi berlangsung dalam multitube fixed bed reactor (200 oC; 0,4 atm). Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh direktur. Sistem organisasi perusahaan ini adalah line and staff dengan karyawan sebanyak 124 orang. Pabrik stirena layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: •Total Capital Investment TCI = US$ 24.626.319,81 •Total Penjualan = US$ 216.125.513,76 •Total Production Cost (TPC)= US$ 192.120.688,87 •Annual Cash Flow= US$ 18.576.472,45 •Pay Out Time= 1,35 tahun •Rate of Return on Investment (ROR)= 68,23% •Discounted Cash Flow -ROR= 75,28% •Break Event Point (BEP)= 37,90% •Service Life= 11 tahun
