Abstract

This study aims to find out how job motivation and leadership style influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in financial management of satker at KPPN Palembang. There were 165 respondents who filled out the questionnaire at KPPN Palembang. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that job motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the influence of job motivation and leadership style on employee performance significantly. This study is expected to be a reference for future research in terms of using variables for similar studies. The implications of this study are as input to the financial management employees in satker at KPPN Palembang to improve job motivation and leadership style so that employee performance can increase through job satisfaction.
