Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance and dividend policy on stock returns of companies listed on the PEFINDO25 index. The sampling method used purposive sampling method so that 22 selected samples were obtained from the PEFINDO25 index listed for the period 2019 - 2023. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques. The results showed that ROE and TATO had a positive effect on stock returns. While DER and DPR have a negative effect on stock returns and CR has no significant effect on stock returns.
