Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer combination of Moringa leaves and chicken eggshells on the growth of Cherry Tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) and to determine the optimal concentration of liquid organic fertilizer of Moringa leaves and chicken eggshells for the growth of Cherry Tomato plants. The research method used is an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and five replications. The five treatments are P0 (control), P1 (15%), P2 (30%), P3 (45%), and P4 (60%). The administration of 100 ml of POC once a week after transplanting. Data were analyzed using the One Way ANOVA statistical test and continued with the Duncan's significant difference test (BJND). The results of the One Way ANOVA statistical test showed that the liquid organic fertilizer combination of Moringa leaves and chicken eggshells had a significant effect on the growth of Cherry Tomato plants. The results of the Duncan's further test showed that the 45% concentration was the best concentration, because it gave the most significant results on the parameters that affect the productivity of Cherry Tomato plants, namely the number of flowers, the number of fruits, and the weight of fresh fruit, and the results of this study were used as a learning resource in the form of student worksheets (LKPD) for Grade 12 high school biology lessons on the growth and development of living things.
