Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur probabilitas vertical mismatch di antara pekerja sektor informal di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasinya adalah pekerja sektor informal dengan status pekerjaan utama berusaha sendiri. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (SAKERNAS) Agustus 2024. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tabulasi silang dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, dan usia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap probabilitas mengalami vertical mismatch. Namun, secara parsial, hanya variabel tingkat pendidikan dan usia yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap probabilitas mengalami vertical mismatch.
