Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Nitrobenzene dengan kapasitas 32.500 ton/tahun direncanakan akan di bangun di Kawasan Industri JIIPE Gresik, Jawa Timur pada tahun 2034, dengan perkiraan luas area pabrik sebesar 2,42 Ha. Nitrobenzene pada pabrik ini disintesis dari bahan baku benzene dan asam nitrat dengan asam sulfat sebagai katalis menggunakan Plug Flow Reactor berdasarkan Patent US 2024/12180135 B2. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff yang dipimpin oleh satu direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 169 orang. Pabrik Nitrobenzene ini layak dipertimbangkan untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi berikut : a) Total Capital Investment = US$ 42.458.187,93. b) Selling Price per Year = US$ 71.307.918,85. c) Total Production Cost = US$ 51.352.824,73. d) Annual Cash Flow = US$ 17.630.358,84. e) Pay Out time = 2,45 Tahun. f) Rate of return on investment = 32,90%. g) Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 40,54%. h) Break Even Point = 36,64%. i) Service Life = 11 Tahun
