Abstract

Pabrik Propilena dengan kapasitas 270.000 ton per tahun direncanakan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2030 dan akan berlokasi di Jalan Mayjend Soetoyo, Kelurahan Gerem, Kecamatan Grogol, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten. Proses produksi Propilena di pabrik ini menggunakan reaksi dehidrasi Isopropanol sebagai bahan baku dengan bantuan katalis Silica-Alumina dalam Fixed Bed Reactor yang beroperasi pada suhu 280 °C dan tekanan 2,961 atm, mengacu pada paten US 2023/0357102 A1. Pabrik ini berbentuk badan usaha Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dan menerapkan struktur organisasi line and staff, dipimpin oleh seorang direktur serta didukung oleh 472 karyawan. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan ekonomi, pendirian pabrik ini dinilai layak untuk direalisasikan: Total Capital Investment : US$ 117.400.260,51 Net Profit Over Total Life Time : US$ 588.262.908,69 Total Capital Sink : US$ 566.913.508,96 Pay Out Time : 2 Tahun Rate of Return on Investment : 44,82% Discounted Cash Flow : 52,03% Break Even Point : 38,34% Kata Kunci : Propilena, Fixed Bed Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
