Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, aktivitas, inflasi, nilai tukar, dan suku bunga, terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder, serta metode purposive sampling untuk pemilihan sampel sebanyak 26 perusahaan dengan total sampel sebesar 130 data. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas (ROA), likuiditas (CR), aktivitas (TATO) berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap financial distress (Z-Score), sementara leverage (DAR) berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress (Z-Score). Inflasi, nilai tukar, dan tingkat suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.
