Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan etil asetat dengan kapasitas produksi 54.000 ton/tahun direncanakan pembangunannya pada tahun 2028 yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa timur seluas 5,60 Ha. Operasi pabrik berjalan selama 24 jam/hari dalam 330 hari/tahun. Komoditi etil asetat yang diproduksi mengacu pada WO Patent No. 173679 A2 yang menggunakan proses dehidrogenasi dengan etanol sebagai bahan baku produksi. Proses reaksi berlangsung di reaktor tubular fixed bed dengan kondisi operasi yaitu pada temperatur 230℃ dengan tekanan 10 atm yang di dalamnya terdapat katalis CuO-ZnO-ZrO2-Al2O3. dengan berat Al2O3 9-15%wt. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan dalam menjalankan perusahaan yaitu Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi yang mengacu pada struktur organisasi garis dan staff. Perusahaan dipimpin oleh direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 164 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi pabrik etil asetat menunjukkan bahwa pabrik layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan ekonomi sebagai berikut: a) Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 81.505.626,22 b) Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 257.549.779,28 c) Total Penjualan per Tahun = US $ 359.232,798,11 d) Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US $ 72.607.967,79 e) Pay Out Time on Investment = 1,3 tahun f) Rate of Return = 93,17% g) Discounted Cash Flow - ROR = 87,92% h) Break Even Point = 32,98% i) Service Life = 11 tahun
