Abstract
The Cyclohexanone manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year is planned to be established in 2030 in Bojonegara District, Serang Regency, Banten Province with an area of 3.8 ha. Cyclohexanone in this plant is synthesized from Cyclohexanol raw materials using a ZnO-CuO-MnO-Al2O3 catalyst in a Multitube Shell and Tube reactor based on Patent RU2768141C1. The reaction takes place at a temperature of 260oC and a pressure of 1.26 atm. This plant is in the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line and staff organizational system led by a director with 133 employees. The Cyclohexanone plant is feasible to be established because it has met the economic feasibility parameters: ❖ Fixed Capital Investment : US$ 65.323.930,57 ❖ Annual Sales : US$ 215.512.977,40 ❖ Total Production Cost per year : US$ 161.953.788,10 ❖ Annual Cash Flow : US$ 43.429.377,80 ❖ Pay Out Time (POT) : 1,8 years ❖ Rate of Return on Invesment (ROR) : 46,22 % ❖ Discounted Cash Flow : 53% ❖ Break Even Point (BEP) : 30,39 % ❖ Service life : 11 years Keywords : Cyclohexanone, Multitube Shell and Tube Reactor, Limited Liability Company.
