Abstract

Perencanaan dan perancangan resort di kawasan Danau Kaolin merupakan upaya revitalisasi kawasan tambang timah yang telah terdegradasi. Melalui penggunaan energi terbarukan desain resort menyelaraskan potensi alam, teknologi ramah lingkungan, dan budaya lokal Bangka. Kawasan dirancang sebagai resort berkelanjutan dengan zonasi public, transisi, dan privat mengacu pada orientasi kontur dan lanskap. Bangunan menggunakan sistem struktur modular serta didukung utilitas panel surya, pengelolaan air hujan, dan daur ulang air untuk mendukung efisiensi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan
