Abstract
This study aimed to describe the implementation of full day school systems in increasing students’ learning motivation in State Senior High School 1 Tanjung Raja. The study method was used descriptive. The data collecting that was used, which was questionnaire, observation and interview. The data analysis that was used, which was data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The study results stated that the implementation of full day school systems in increasing students’ learning motivation in State Senior High School 1 Tanjung Raja as a whole catogarized satisfactory with a percentage of 66,4%. This was proved by the observations results of researcher with the percentage of the implementation of full day school systems in increasing students’ learning motivation were 68% that on the satisfactory category. The interview results were also known that the students had enrolled the learning properly although they had to be in the school full day. It is recommended the school parties to create school and classes become goodby fulfilling all flaws that exist in the school so that the full day school systems can be implemented properly and the students’ learning motivation can increase.
