Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana media daring Kompas.com dan Tirto.id membingkai pemberitaan terkait larangan TikTok Shop di Indonesia, sebagai fitur e-commerce dalam platform media sosial TikTok, dilarang beroperasi karena dinilai melanggar regulasi dan berdampak negatif terhadap pelaku UMKM lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis framing model Robert N. Entman. Data diperoleh dari pemberitaan kedua media dalam rentang waktu 15 September hingga 3 Oktober 2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kompas.com cenderung membingkai isu dari sudut pandang pemerintah dan perlindungan UMKM, sementara Tirto.id lebih menyoroti dampak kebijakan terhadap pelaku usaha digital dan kekosongan regulasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami konstruksi realitas oleh media. Kata kunci: Framing, TikTok Shop, Media Daring, Robert N. Entman, Kompas.com, Tirto.id
