Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Dimetil Eter yang berkapasitas produksi 30.000 ton per tahun yang akan direncanakan berdiri di Kawasan Industri Cilegon, Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2030. Dimetil Eter pada pabrik diperoleh dari proses sintesis antara bahan baku karbon dioksida dan oksigen melalui dua reaktor plug flow reactor adiabatik dan Kolom Destilasi berdasarkan Patent CN 114605235A. Pabrik ini berbentuk berupa Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan sistem organisasi line dan staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 125 orang. Pabrik Dimetil Eter ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$" 25.342.421,06" Selling Price = US$ 27.433.093,66 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 14.791.971,39 Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 10.921.414,79 Pay Out Time (POT) = 2,7884 tahun Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 34,92 % Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 42,20% Break Even Point (BEP) = 28,89% Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Dimetil Eter, Plug Flow Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
