Abstract

The purposes of this study were to (1) analyze the financial feasibility of cajuput oil distillation and (2) Identify the development strategy of cajuput oil distillation at PT Bukit Asam Kreatif Tanjung Enim. The results of this study are the financial feasibility of scenario I in the Bukit Asam MKP distillation business, which shows feasible results to be continue from all the criteria tested. The calculation results obtained are NPV of IDR 425,112,151, - Gross B/C 1.14, Net B/C 2.70, IRR 15 percent, and PBP for 6 years while financial feasibility of scenario II in distillation business MKP Bukit Asam shows results that are not feasible to continue from all the criteria tested. The calculation results obtained are NPV of IDR (800,040,882) Gross B/C 0.81 Net B/C (1.69) IRR (<7%), and PBP (5.28). Tolerance limit sensitivity analysis of the calculation of the financial feasibility analysis of scenario I on the decrease in the selling price of bulk MKP by 7 percent, from the price of IDR. 275,000 per liter to IDR. 225,750 per liter and on the increase coal briquette fuel of 69 percent, from the price of IDR 550, - per kilogram to IDR 930 per kilogram. The result SWOT identify shows distillation cajuput oil of Bukit Asam on the III quadrant is Weakness Opportunities (WO).
